  • 10th Annual Corporate Governance & Disclosure Seminar, centering on a practical discussion of the recent developments in compensation and governance disclosure, requirements, and best practices.
  • Dodd-Frank: One Year Later, a seminar at which several of the firm’s top experts in their respective fields discussed how the Act has affected the state of global financial regulation, key changes on the horizon, and potential conflicts with comparable regulation in the European Union and other markets.
